Erbium is by ‘King’s Road’, a French thoroughbred who won six good steeplechases and was placed several times on the flat in France. She is a registered Selle Francais mare. Purchased as an advanced event mare, she completed ‘Le Lion d’Angers’ 1999 as a seven year old without jumping penalties, and was 10th at Compeigne Two star in 2000.  Erbium  finished her 2000 season with a 13th place at Blenheim 3*. Since arriving in England in July 2000 she has completed Blenheim CCI  *** (13th) and Lumuhlen CCI *** (12th). Erbium was 29th at Burghley 2004 completing with a double clear. She was on the selectors ‘Long List’ for the Athens Olympics, and has won £380 B.S.J.A. She is also third at the Hickstead Eventers Grand Prix.  In 2005 Erbium was the leading mare at Badminton ****, finishing in 15th place.  She retires to stud in 2006 on 396 points.

Graded SHB (GB) Elite Stud Book. Sadly died in December 2007.
